Examination Rules
Instructions to the Candidates
- Check the exam Time Table and make sure your Exam Hall well in advance.
- Strict Silence should be maintained in the examination hall.
- Candidate who is suffering from infectious diseases of any kind shall not be admitted to the examination hall.
- Students are instructed not to bring their Money / Costly Belongings during the examination
- All the text books, notes and other informative materials should be left outside the examination hall.
- A seat marked with Register Number / Roll Number will be provided to each candidate. Candidate will occupy the allotted seat at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
- Candidate is required to bring her own pens, pencils, scale and erasers etc.
- Answers must be written legibly in Blue / Black Ink or Gel Pen.
- Before proceeding to answer the paper, the candidate should write her register number, Degree, College Code, Subject Name, Subject Code, Date of Examination and Total Number of Pages Written at the appropriate space provided in the first page of the answer book.
- Candidates should write their Register No. in the specified column only in the Main Answer Book. Candidates are prohibited from writing their Register No. in any other place in the Main Answer Book.
- Candidates are prohibited from writing their names or any type or form of symbols at any place in the answer book.
- Candidate read out the Instructions carefully as mentioned in the question paper.
- Candidate should satisfy themselves, before answering that they have received the correct question paper.
- Candidates are instructed not to leave any pages blank in the Answer scripts.
For Example, if the maximum number of pages allotted for a question in the question paper is 5 pages and the candidate completes the answer in 4 pages, the candidate should write the answer to the next question continuously without leaving any space or pages blank.
- Candidate shall not carry any written / printed matter, any paper material, cellular phone, digital diary, pen drive, tablet, programmable calculator, any unauthorized data sheet / table into the examination hall and if anything is found in her possession, she shall be liable for disciplinary action.
- No candidate shall pass any part or whole of answer papers or question papers to any other candidate. No candidate shall allow another candidate to copy from her answer paper or copy from the answer paper of another candidate. If found committing such malpractice, the involved candidates shall be liable for disciplinary action.
- Candidate found guilty of using unfair means of any nature shall be liable for disciplinary action.
- Candidates will have to handover the Answer book to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
